Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ETL Migration Developer/HRIS specialist to join our team for a 7 month contract role with potential for contract to hire. This role focuses on supporting HR and IT teams in the manufacturing industry by leading data migration activities, including testing, cleansing, and population efforts. As a long-term contract position, it offers the opportunity to contribute to key HRIS implementation projects while collaborating across global teams.


Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute data migration processes, including testing, data cleansing, and population, to ensure seamless integration with HRIS systems.

• Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve migration defects and ensure data accuracy.

• Analyze pre-load and post-load data files to validate successful migration and address discrepancies.

• Facilitate discussions with global HR teams to address missing or incorrect data and ensure all requirements are met.

• Coordinate with offshore data migration teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, to manage and analyze large data sets efficiently.

• Support mock cutovers and production cutover cycles to ensure smooth transitions during implementation.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve migration processes.

• Work cross-functionally with HR operational teams and collaborate across regions to meet project timelines.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including executives and external customers, to ensure project alignment.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRIS implementation and data migration within the manufacturing industry.

Experience with Implementations/HRIS and strong SAP knowledge.

• In-depth understanding of HR processes and business acumen in the field of HR.

• Expertise in data structures, migration processes, and cutover cycles.

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to perform complex functions such as VLOOKUP.

• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of migration defects and recommend solutions.

• Proven ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
