Are you passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love?

Do you want to join a team that values growth, collaboration, and meaningful patient connections?

We’re looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to be part of our dynamic, patient-focused clinic in Naples, Florida. This is an opportunity to grow your career, be supported by a collaborative team, and make a real difference in people’s lives every day.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Career Growth & Mentorship – Hands-on training, mentorship from experienced PTs, and opportunities to advance your career
  • Supportive Team Culture – Work with a team that cares about you as much as our patients. We celebrate wins together and support each other daily
  • Patient-Centered Care – No double bookings. One-on-one sessions in private rooms where you can focus on quality care, not just volume
  • Work-Life Balance – Flexible scheduling, paid time off, and support for your wellness
  • Professional Perks – Education allowance, career pathway planning, and opportunities to specialize in areas you’re passionate about

Your Role

As a PTA, you’ll work closely with our physical therapists to help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and regain independence. You’ll play a key role in:

  • Treatment Support – Implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and provide hands-on assistance.
  • Patient Education – Teach patients and families how to continue care at home, use assistive devices, and build confidence in their recovery journey
  • Collaboration – Work side-by-side with PTs and PTAs to deliver outstanding care
  • Progress Tracking – Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring safe, effective, and engaging rehab experiences
  • Clinic Contribution – Help maintain a positive, welcoming environment for patients and team members

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
  • State licensure/certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (Florida)
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a team-first mindset
  • Energy and physical stamina to support patients during treatment
  • A passion for patient care and continuous learning

Benefits

  • Competitive pay with growth opportunities
  • Education and training allowance
  • Paid time off and vacation pay
  • Health and Dental Insurance
  • 401 (k) matching
  • Team appreciation events and outings
  • Supportive onboarding and mentorship
  • A positive, no-micromanagement work culture

If you want more than just a job—if you want to grow, connect, and thrive—we’d love to hear from you. Join us in shaping better patient outcomes while building a fulfilling career.

Apply today and take the next step in your PTA career.
