Position Overview:
Juventus Cosmetic Surgery is seeking an experienced and dependable Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our surgical team. This role is responsible for providing safe and effective anesthesia care for patients undergoing cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures. The ideal candidate has prior experience in anesthesia within the cosmetic or plastic surgery field and thrives in a fast-paced outpatient surgical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and review patient medical histories.
  
  
• Develop tailored anesthesia care plans based on patient needs and surgical procedures.
  
  
• Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia for a variety of cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures.
  
  
• Continuously monitor patients vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout surgery, adjusting as necessary.
  
  
• Provide attentive post-anesthesia care and monitor patients through recovery.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and clinical team members to ensure safe, efficient surgical operations.
  
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with state and organizational guidelines.
  
  
• Uphold strict safety, privacy, and ethical standards in all patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted CRNA license in the state of practice.
  
  
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
  
  
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  
  
• Required: Experience providing anesthesia for cosmetic and/or plastic surgery procedures.
  
  
• Strong ability to work independently and respond quickly in dynamic surgical situations.
  
  
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
  
  

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday through Friday schedule.
  
  
• Occasional overtime based on surgical volume and patient needs.
