Please join our friendly family of hotels as a maintenance person at our award-winning Holiday Inn Express Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. This position is a Preventative Maintenance position.

BASIC PURPOSE: Perform basic duties of engineering, repair and maintenance as directed by Management in guestrooms and all other hotel areas as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Perform preventative maintenance, work orders; monitor progress and results. (65%)

2. Perform special projects. (20%)

3. Perform and report on the energy conservation program. (0%)

4. Work on all life/safety systems including fire, elevators, disasters and emergency lighting and generating systems. (10%)

5. Maintain all motors and control circuits. (0%)

6. Arrange for proper trash removal and recycling. (1%)

7. Purchase equipment and supplies. Maintain pars. (0%)

8. Maintain audio system within the hotel. (1%)
