Feil, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter / Foreman to join our dedicated team. This role involves hands-on carpentry work with a focus on high-end staircases and doors, crafted locally in our advanced 19,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with a 5-axis CNC machine. We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable professional who takes pride in delivering precision craftsmanship. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Produce and construct custom staircases and front doors
- Operate machinery and tools safely and appropriately
- Shape or cut wood materials to precise measurements
- Verify dimensions and ensure accuracy of structures
- Interpret work orders and construction blueprints
- Lead a team and maintain workflow productivity in the wood shop
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience required
- Experience in custom staircase and/or door production preferred
- Proficient in interpreting work orders and technical drawings
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs frequently
- Strong communication skills; fluency in English required; bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Able to pass a background check
- Leadership skills and team-oriented mindset

Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 40 to 50 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
