The Mindful Health Foundation is actively hiring for an in-person Licensed Mental Health Counselor/ Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Naples, FL. MHF is the only CARF accredited private facility that offers Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs specializing in eating disorder treatment in southwest Florida. Our treatment team includes our board certified psychiatrist, LCSWs, LMHCs, Registered Dietitians, body image therapist, and art and experiential therapists. You would provide individual, family, and group therapy as well as case management services. This position is part-time with the possibility of future full-time employment and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
- Develop and execute individual treatment plans
- Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
- Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
- Maintain accurate client documentation
- Must be able to work effectually with a multidisciplinary team
- This is an in person job and candidates must be local. We do not offer remote positions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social work, or counseling practice is a must
- At least two years as a primary therapist in either an outpatient clinic setting or inpatient/ residential/ PHP/ IOP setting
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively and efficiently document services using EMR in compliance with state and national standards
- Active Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist license in the State of Florida.
- Previous experience working with those suffering from an eating disorder, addiction and body image issues
