Location: Miami & South Florida

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Salary Range: $26–$28 per hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Welders, Ironworkers, and Structural Steel Installers for ongoing commercial projects throughout South Florida.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in structural steel installation and field welding, including beams, columns, joists, metal decking, and miscellaneous steel.
Responsibilities
- Install structural steel (columns, beams, joists, metal deck, bracing)
- Perform structural field welding per drawings and specifications
- Bolt-up connections and assist with steel erection
- Read and interpret structural drawings
- Work at heights using proper fall protection
- Follow OSHA safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welder / Ironworker / Steel Installer
- Structural welding experience (SMAW – 7018 preferred)
- Ability to work at heights
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (preferred)
- Own basic tools (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid work authorization in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS welding certifications (3G / 4G)
- Commercial construction experience
- Experience installing joists and metal decking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
