We are looking for a skilled Concrete Cutting Journeyman to work in the the Pompano, FL area. We are looking for good reliable individuals to add to our team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Address customer concerns as they arise and communication with clients upon completion of work
- Posses high level of expertise in concrete cutting techniques
- be able to create precise openings in concrete structures(walls, floors, driveways, and sidewalks) to ensure concrete fits the intended space and matcges project specifications
- Adhere to stringent safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protectice equipment
- Maintain a clean and insure a safe work envirement
- Complete all production related digital timesheets
- Positively promote company culture
- Read and interpret blueprints/drawings
- Experience with precise cutting, sawing, drilling and removal of concrete structure
- Work with various tools including flat saws, core drills and hand tools to perform the work
Qualifications/Requirements
- Stamped concrete experience not required, but preferred
- Knowledgeable with the operation of various power tools and tape measure
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 1 or more years’ experience in construction
- Able to lift more than 50 lbs.
- Able to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladders for periods of time
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work with various tools including flat saws, core drills and hand tools to perform the work
- Ability to work outdoors and in noisy areas for extended periods of time
- Able to work successfully with limited supervision
- Ability to communicate in English
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
