Job Title: Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation | Plaintiff Personal Injury
A highly respected Florida-based plaintiff law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated attorney who thrives in the courtroom, values client advocacy, and is ready to build their own book of business within a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Base salary 80K-150K DOE
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury and civil litigation matters, including PIP, BI, premises liability, and insurance defense
- Lead and support all phases of litigation: trial preparation, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and client strategy
- Work directly with clients, medical experts, and opposing counsel to drive favorable outcomes
- Collaborate with a seasoned team of litigators and support staff in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Develop and grow your own client base - business generation is a key component of long-term success in this role
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in Florida
- 10+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally with plaintiff-side or insurance defense background
- Proven ability to manage complex cases independently and as part of a team
- Strong courtroom presence, persuasive writing skills, and a client-first mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a demonstrated ability (or strong desire) to generate business and build client relationships
