What We Offer

- Float Incentive: Enjoy an additional $1/hr plus mileage reimbursement!
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, with hours varying between 7 AM – 6:30 PM, including rotating non-major holidays and possible Saturdays.
- Work Location: Coral Springs, Ft Lauderdale & Hollywood, FL.

Casual, PRN, and Part-Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and more.
- Accurately enter patient information and process billing as needed.
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients.
- Handle administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
- Travel to additional sites as required.
What You Need to Succeed
To ensure the safety of our patients, this position requires successful completion of medical surveillance testing as part of the post-offer onboarding process. Labcorp will consider reasonable accommodations for medical contraindications/disabilities or religious beliefs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency, or previous experience as a phlebotomist.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record with reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
