Job DescriptionLHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a respected law firm in Altamonte Springs, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work with a dynamic team and support a busy litigation practice.
Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, discovery requests, and pleadings.

Manage case files from inception through trial preparation.

Conduct legal research and summarize findings.

Assist attorneys with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.

Organize medical records, exhibits, and evidence for case development.

Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel.

Handle e-filing in state and federal courts.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2–3 years of paralegal experience with a focus in medical malpractice litigation (plaintiff or defense).

Strong knowledge of Florida court rules and e-filing systems.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A Paralegal Certificate or degree is preferred but not required.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
