Evolve Therapy & Counseling is seeking a licensed therapist to join our growing practice.

Evolve Therapy & Counseling is a method-based therapy practice offering both in-person and virtual sessions, focused on helping clients reconnect with themselves through nervous system informed, relational care rather than “fixing” or pathologizing.

Our clients are high-functioning, successful adults who want more than coping—they want to feel calm, grounded, confident, and deeply connected to themselves.

This is a part-time clinical role for a therapist who wants consistent referrals, clear structure, and ongoing supervision—without needing to market themselves or manage administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Work within our structured, nervous-system–informed 4-phase method
• Maintain timely clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision
• Uphold the clinical and ethical standards of the practice

Qualifications

• Active license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience providing individual therapy to adults
• Comfortable working within a defined therapeutic framework
• Reliable, professional, and open to feedback
• Must be able to carry a part-time caseload

Schedule

• Part-time to start
• Flexible scheduling
• Caseload builds gradually based on fit and demand

Compensation

• $30 per session
• Paid per completed session
