<p>Job DescriptionWell established construction company located in Kissimmee is hiring for immediate need. Position requires the candidate to have construction knowledge, hands-on skill and scheduling experience. This is a supervisory position that involves overseeing the daily operations of a service department; scheduling and managing labor and materials.
<ul>
<li>Must be highly organized.</li>
<li>Must be knowledgeable in use, repair and training for equipment such as power washers and paint</li>
<li>Scheduling and managing labor and materials.</li>
<li>Maintaining high customer satisfaction with internal and external clients.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn. &nbsp;</li>
<li>QuickBooks knowledge is recommended.</li>
</ul>
