JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a construction specialist in Florida to assist with and oversee the entirety of construction phases for a large industrial and government project and on location in South Florida.
Daily responsibilities will include:
· Pre-bid & planning phase
· Execution Phase
· Close-out Phase
Additional responsibilities will include:
· Assisting VDC and BIM planning
· Performing estimating tasks, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis for future projects.
Participate in bid-day quote tabulations and job walks
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· 3+ years of construction management experience in managing entirety of construction phases (planning, execution, close-out)
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related
Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
SALARY: $85,000-100,000 depending on level of experience and performance.
