BASIC SUMMARY:

Operate pressure washer machinery, tools, and chemicals to clean a variety of surfaces: fences, driveways, siding, windows, etc. Load and unload equipment from work vehicles. Apply detergent safely as needed.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work independently and provide on-site exterior pressure washing services on a set and on-demand schedule.
  • Setup and tear-down all equipment at the job site.
  • Maintain and report any equipment deficiencies.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment organized and properly maintained.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • 2 years of commercial pressure washing experience.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and equipment functions.
  • Able to perform physical maintenance work.
  • Must practice personal and environmental safety on the job using protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection etc.
  • Drive a utility vehicle to tow large trailer mounted pressure washer from place to place.
  • Operate 4000 PSI pressure washer.
  • Use chemicals or cleaning solutions to perform duties.
  • Trash removal/cleanup.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS – ABILITY TO:

  • Grasp, lift, push/pull, carry, or transport up to 50 lbs.
  • Push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Stand for length of scheduled shift.
  • Express and exchange ideas by means of the spoken word accurately, loudly, and quickly.
  • Perceive the nature of sounds at a normal speaking level and make fine discriminations in sound.
  • Visual acuity to determine accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Withstand a moderate noise level in the work environment.
