Wincore Staffing is a privately owned Professional & Hospitality staffing firm with office locations in Florida, New York and Michigan. We currently have part-time and full-time openings in Miami Beach, for Licensed Massage Therapist. This is a temporary to full time position. We offer competitive hourly pay and medical benefits.
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – Massage Therapist (MT)
Position Responsibilities
- Treat clients in a professional caring manner
- Develop and propose client treatment plan
- Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their wellness plan.
- Maintain detailed treatment records.
- Adhere to franchise massage protocols across all treatments

Job Requirements:
Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations
Strong team player
Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
Able to work flexible schedule and hours
Professional manner, discretion and appearance
Pay structure: Licensed Massage Therapist is NOT an hourly position. You will be paid based on the number of treatments you perform, bi-weekly on Fridays. Please see the pay rate below:
- 25 Min Service - $12.50 + gratuity
- 50 Min Service - $25.00 + gratuity
- 80 Min Service - $32.50 + gratuity
- 100 Min Service - $50.00 + gratuity
Note that the spa has their suggested gratuity/service charge policy, however it is optional to the guest. Gratuities and extra tips paid will be passed to the therapist. We do not retain part of the gratuity or tips.
