Summary

Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to guide curious two-year-olds through one of their most exciting stages of growth? Kiddie Academy of Conway is looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing, and experienced Two-Year-Old Lead Teacher to join our team!
At Kiddie Academy, we believe learning and fun go hand in hand. Our proprietary Life Essentials® curriculum helps children develop socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. As a Lead Teacher, you’ll play a key role in bringing this curriculum to life and shaping the classroom experience for our youngest learners.

Duties

What You’ll Do:

• Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Plan and implement lessons and activities that spark curiosity, independence, and discovery.
• Guide children through daily routines including meals, potty training, rest time, and play.
• Use positive guidance strategies to support social and emotional growth.
• Track each child’s developmental milestones and share progress with families.
• Communicate effectively with parents through daily reports, conferences, and conversations.
• Collaborate with assistant teachers and academy leadership to maintain a high-quality program.
• Maintain compliance with Florida licensing standards and Kiddie Academy policies.

• Experience in childcare or preschool settings is essential.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and educational practices.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to create a positive learning environment through effective behavior management.
