Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint and finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The Industrial Painter will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic and protective qualities of our products. 2nd SHIFT - EVENINGS

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed.
• Operate airless paint spraying equipment and other painting tools effectively.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform buffing and finishing tasks to achieve a smooth surface.
• Conduct regular maintenance on vehicles and equipment used in the painting process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Lift heavy materials as required during the painting process, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial painting or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with vehicle maintenance or auto restoration is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in painting applications.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of safety practices related to painting and equipment operation is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
