Job DescriptionMerideth Nagel & The Legacy Legal Team are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our thriving Clermont office!
We are seeking an experienced paralegal with five or more years of domestic relations legal experience.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in family law, is a self-starter, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and has a positive outlook.
Essential Job Duties:
- Assist with drafting legal documents related to family law, including but not limited to settlement agreements, parenting plans, motions and other legal documents.
- Draft correspondence and maintain regular and timely communication with clients.
- Calendar deadlines and maintain client documents/files.
- Keep an organized schedule of tasks and appointments for themselves and the attorney.
- Field phone calls from our family law clients and schedule appointments for current clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Detail oriented with strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and legal staff.
- Flexibility and ability to handle high pressure, deadline driven duties.
- Strong, ethical, and self-disciplined work habits.
- Ability to function in a highly motivated, team-driven environment.
- Competent in written and spoken English.
- MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Clio.
