About the Role:

Retech Solutions, located in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking a highly organized, multitasking, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented Bilingual Office Manager (She/Her) to support both warehouse operations and property-related tasks. This critical role requires a proactive individual who can make confident decisions, run day-to-day business office operations, and think outside the box to solve problems independently. Organization must be more than a skill – it should be a natural part of who you are, embedded in your DNA.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, thrives in a dynamic on-site environment, and demonstrates a strong work ethic with a relentless commitment to follow through and excellence. She is a go-getter – someone who, when faced with unfamiliar challenges, actively searches for solutions, leverages tools like Google or ChatGPT, and gets the job done without waiting to be told how.

Job Details:

• Pay Range: $20–$25 per hour

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

• Location: On-site at Retech Solutions, Fort Lauderdale

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

• Procurement & Vendor Management: Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and procure supplies and equipment at competitive rates.

• Payroll & Time Tracking: Manage employee clock-in/out records, ensure accurate timekeeping, make necessary adjustments, and generate biweekly reports for CEO approval.

• Event & Meeting Coordination: Assist the commercial team with trade show scheduling, booking hotels, and arranging flights.

• Warehouse Organization & Cleanliness: Oversee warehouse organization and schedule regular cleanings to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Property Management Support (Optional):

• Experience in property management is a plus, but not required, as long as the candidate feels confident applying the skills described above.

• Responsibilities may include: supporting tenant communication, tracking rent payments, and assisting with property maintenance coordination.
