We are seeking a reliable, hands-on IT Support & Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for day-to-day technical support and coordination of general facility maintenance across corporate and retail locations. This role will work closely with our 3rd party technology support group and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support (70%)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Troubleshoot network issues, diagnose hardware/software problems, and replace components as needed
- Provide helpdesk support in person and remotely; manage user accounts and password resets
- Support rollouts of new hardware/software and document procedures
- Collaborate with third-party IT vendors and assist in evaluating technology solutions
- Maintain asset records for computers, printers, and peripherals
- Run wiring for workstations and maintain network infrastructure
- Set up and manage company phone systems and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Monitor service levels and ensure vendor performance aligns with contract expectations
Facility Maintenance (30%)
- Coordinate and manage repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance at corporate and retail locations
- Supervise vendors during onsite maintenance and improvement projects
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform hands-on repairs as needed
- Assist with new store setup, including furniture, equipment, and basic tech infrastructure
- Proactively identify and recommend maintenance or facility improvement opportunities
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or network/system administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, LAN/WAN, and server issues
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, antivirus software, Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop repairs, printers, peripherals, and VoIP phones
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple open tickets
- Strong communication and vendor management skills
- Comfortable running network cabling and basic electrical safety checks
- Physical ability to support light facility repair and retail setup work
