Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels including social media, online platforms, and traditional advertising.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions.
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in accordance with real estate law.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining property listings, and updating client databases with organizational skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards including Fair Housing laws.

Requirements

  • Licensed Real Estate (+)
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred; administrative experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Excellent marketing skills with the ability to promote properties creatively across multiple platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to facilitate clear interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Valid real estate license as required by state regulations; familiarity with real estate administrative processes is advantageous.
