Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
- 3-4 years of substantive litigation experience in a law firm environment, with a focus on employment law.
- Familiarity with employment statutes such as FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, and Title VII is a plus.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
