Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct in-home care for a patient requiring G-tube management. The LPN will be responsible for daily monitoring, medication administration, and ensuring safe and proper G-tube use, while maintaining a high standard of patient comfort and dignity. Monday trough Friday From 9AM to 5PM.Be a dog friendly .

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care with a focus on G-tube management, including feeding, flushing, and monitoring for complications.
  
  
• Administer prescribed medications via G-tube and monitor patient response.
  
  
• Assess, record, and report changes in the patients condition to the supervising RN and physician.
  
  
• Perform basic nursing care including vital signs, hygiene support, and infection prevention.
  
  
• Educate patient/family on G-tube care, safety, and ongoing health needs.
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
  
  
• Previous experience with G-tube care and home health nursing preferred.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and patient safety.
