HEARTLINE STAFFING, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist CRT for a permanent, full-time night-shift opportunity in Hudson, Florida.

Position Summary:

The Certified Respiratory Therapist evaluates patient respiratory needs and develops and implements individualized respiratory care plans. This role provides comprehensive respiratory therapy services across all patient populations while working collaboratively within a high-acuity acute care environment. The ideal candidate is self-directed, clinically strong, and committed to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply and operate acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation.

• Set up and administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within hospital systems.

• Operate independently when full-time leadership is unavailable.

• Maintain departmental and hospital records related to respiratory care.

• Deliver safe, effective respiratory care in alignment with established clinical protocols.

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Range based on experience and credential level:

Certified Respiratory Therapist CRT:

$24.63 per hour minimum

$29.35 per hour mid range

$34.48 per hour maximum

Registered Respiratory Therapist RRT:

$27.09 per hour minimum

$32.29 per hour mid range

$37.92 per hour maximum

Sign-On Bonus:

$10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time day shift with 1 year of experience and 2-year commitment

$20,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shift with 1 year of experience and 2-year commitment

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Certified Respiratory Therapist CRT license for the position you are applying for
• Florida State CRT license required
• Completion of a vocational technical program or AMA approved respiratory care program required
• Associate Degree required Bachelor Degree preferred
• Basic Life Support BLS certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS certification required within 6 months of hire
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program NRP certification required within 6 months of hire
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing bending reaching squatting and kneeling
