Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for adolescents and adults that ignite positive change and support clients in their personal growth.

• Facilitate inspiring and interactive group therapy sessions that empower and uplift clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate meaningful discussions and activities during group and individual sessions.
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to coordinate care and support the overall treatment goals of clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of group sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s Degree
• Licensed in the State of Florida – LMHC, LMFT or LCSW or License Eligible
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with EMRs
• Flexible availability, weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent, with the ability to practice in the state of Florida.
• Experience treating Substance Use Disorder strongly preferred.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions, preferably with children and adolescents.
• Provide engaging homework assignments to clients to enhance the therapeutic experience.
• Strong crisis management skills and the ability to effectively de-escalate challenging situations.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing innovative interventions to engage participants in group therapy.
• Flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours to accommodate the needs of clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Must be able to clear a Level 2 background check.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
