A busy, well-established law firm in Boca Raton is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with a strong focus on business transactions and at least 3 years of relevant legal experience. Our practice centers on representing entrepreneurs, investors, and companies in a broad range of transactional matters, including entity formation, contract negotiation, M&A, and corporate governance.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in business and corporate law, with additional experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions considered a strong plus. We’re looking for someone who is eager to build a long-term career in a sophisticated, fast-paced transactional practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other transactional documents
- Advising clients on business structuring, compliance, and risk management
- Handling entity formations, reorganizations, and M&A transactions
- Assisting with commercial and residential real estate closings as needed
- Participating in client development and social media engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience, primarily in business and corporate transactions
- Active Florida Bar license and in good standing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with and willingness to engage in social media as part of client development
