The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or customer experience and thrive on delivering service excellence. Must have strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and provide intuitive service to pay close attention to details. They will be required to perform and fulfill both inspections and evaluate our residences. The Property Management and Housekeeping team is responsible for making sure that our properties are in exceptional condition
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct post-departure property inspections and inventory checks for missing or damaged items.
- Report damages and maintenance issues promptly, following LRMB protocol.
- Complete VCI reports accurately, including photos and anticipatory questions for quick resolutions.
- Assist Property Management with deliveries and supply replacement to residences.
- Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs, ensuring appliances and amenities are functioning.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure properties meet cleanliness and readiness standards for guest occupancy.
- Maintain a positive attitude and deliver exceptional service at all times.
- Perform detailed inspection of Residences post housekeeping to ensure LRMB cleanliness standards are met, and Residences are fully stocked and ready for guest occupancy.
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary

- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, adapt to fast-paced environments, and maintain composure.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation.
- Hospitality or luxury hotel experience is a plus.
