We’re looking for an energetic, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant who thrives in a collaborative, patient-first environment. You’ll work directly with licensed physical therapists to deliver personalized treatment plans that help our patients move, recover, and live better.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, hands-on care under the direction of a licensed PT
- Guide patients through individualized exercise programs and therapeutic activities
- Document sessions accurately and maintain compliance with clinic and payer standards
- Support balance, orthopedic, and neurological rehabilitation programs
- Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere for patients and teammates
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to patient safety and outcomes
- Ability to commute to our Casselberry clinic (in-person role)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Base Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
