We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and equipment within a manufacturing facility. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery including CNC Point to Point, beam saw and edgebander.
• Perform setup and adjustments on machines as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications for production runs.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product quality.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with team members on assembly lines for efficient production flow.
• Handle materials safely, including packaging and fabrication tasks.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fanuc programming, programmable logic controllers (PLC), CAM programming, and CNC programming is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
• Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
• Experience with quality control processes in a manufacturing context.
• Forklift certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on precision in work output.
