Job Description
The Electronics Technician is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying the production of electronic or mechanical products, parts, equipment, and systems. This role involves working with computer equipment, instrumentation, digital/analog electronic products, test equipment, and electro-mechanical products by applying principles and theories of electronics and electrical circuitry.
Responsibilities
- Test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic or mechanical products and systems.
- Apply principles and theories of electronics and electrical circuitry.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings.
- Use manufacturing and engineering instructions for testing assembled units.
- Work in accordance with work orders, drawings, and schematics.
- Maintain system logs and manuals to document testing and operation.
- Perform on-the-job training for mechanical tasks.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled environment, sitting at a workbench alongside 50 other assemblers. The work schedule is a 9/80 schedule with 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3:30 pm, and 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 3:15 pm to 12:45 am. Training on soldering will be provided, and all learning is supported at an individual pace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00/hr.
