Front Desk / Administrative Assistant (Seasonal, Full-Time)

A busy Wellington CPA firm is seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk / Administrative Assistant for a full-time seasonal position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls

  • Processing tax returns and related documents

  • Contacting clients regarding return pickup and payments

  • Providing front-desk support and general administrative assistance

  • Handling additional daily tasks as needed in a fast-paced office environment

Qualifications:

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Professional, friendly, and customer-service–oriented demeanor

  • Comfortable speaking with clients by phone

  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred

Position Details:

  • Full-time, seasonal

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

  • Occasional Saturday mornings required
