A busy Wellington CPA firm is seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk / Administrative Assistant for a full-time seasonal position.
Responsibilities include:

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Processing tax returns and related documents

Contacting clients regarding return pickup and payments
-
Providing front-desk support and general administrative assistance

Handling additional daily tasks as needed in a fast-paced office environment
Qualifications:

Strong multitasking and organizational skills
-
Professional, friendly, and customer-service–oriented demeanor
-
Comfortable speaking with clients by phone
-
Prior administrative or office experience preferred
Position Details:

Full-time, seasonal

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Occasional Saturday mornings required
