Job Type: Full-Time (Days or Nights – Rotating Weekends)
Compensation

Pay Range: $26.40 – $39.60 per hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus:

$10,000 – Day Shift

$15,000 – Night Shift

Shift Differential: $4.25/hour for Night Shift

Position Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 28-bed private Med-Surg unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care utilizing a structured care delivery model focused on assessment, execution, education, and coordination.
You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes while serving as a strong advocate for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions during admission and throughout each shift; promptly communicate changes in status.

Clinical Care: Perform treatments and procedures as ordered; ensure accurate and timely documentation in the medical record.

Medication Administration: Administer medications safely, monitor therapeutic responses, and manage potential side effects.

Patient Advocacy: Respond to patient needs proactively to ensure a positive care experience.

Patient & Family Education: Provide clear explanations regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience required (acute care experience not mandatory).

Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Certification: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days of start date.
