Job Description

We are looking for dedicated aQC Technician to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309with $24/hr. pay for a 2-months contract - temp to perp opportunity. In this role, you're the primarily accountable for performing quality checks to ensure conformity of finished products. – APPLY NOW!

Shift Time: Monday-Friday, 4 am- 4pm

Responsibilities

Perform assigned QA testing, source testing, and/or sanitation checks in compliance with local, state, federal and company policies and procedures
Inspections of process, products, raw materials and supplies monitoring quality assurance parameters and GMP compliance.
Sanitation of equipment and production areas according to regulatory standards.
Maintain testing schedule and provide QA support for manufacturing operations.
Provide detailed communication and report any results outside of standards or specification.
Verify accuracy of work (i.e. QA line checks, verification of load in/ load out accuracy).
Ensure accuracy of calibration of equipment (Pumps, thermometer, etc.) on a regular basis.

Requirements

BA/ BS Degree desired or equivalent industry work experience; food and beverage industrypreferred.
Laboratory testing skills; working knowledge of water processing, chemistry, microbiology, fluid metering and monitoring devices.
Excellent communication and analytical skills required.
Basic mathematical and accounting skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and Products.
Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties under minimal supervision
Ability to lift product and equipment up to 50 pounds.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
