Robert Half is partnering with a global law firm to recruit an experienced Trust & Estate Paralegal for its Boca Raton, Florida office. This hybrid role supports a busy Private Client / Wealth Planning practice and requires 7+ years of Trusts & Estates experience, including significant probate work. Law firm provides awesome benefits including more than 5 weeks paid time off plus holidays. Base salary up to $115k plus bonus, comprehensive benefits and 401k and pension plan.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents
- Assist with trust and estate administration, including probate filings, asset inventories, and preparation of accountings and correspondence
- Assist in preparation and filing of estate and gift tax returns

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in trusts & estates, private client, or wealth planning preferred.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Associate's Degree, Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor's Degree
