Position Title: Clinic Director

Employment Type: Full-time

Annual Salary: $95,000 - $100,000

Location: Bradenton, Florida

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000 available

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your success will be driven by:

  • Reviewing patients' medical histories.
  • Delivering exceptional one-on-one care, averaging 40 minutes per patient.
  • Diagnosing patients through movement observation and listening to their concerns.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans with clear objectives and anticipated outcomes.
  • Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida (or ability to quickly initiate the licensing process).
  • Proficient in computer and EMR software applications.
  • All experience levels are encouraged to apply.
