We are a boutique Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm who is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney to join our talented team in Pompano Beach. (This position can be HYBRID REMOTE).

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about personal injury law and eager to make a significant impact. We are a small office therefore we care about finding the right fit and personality of a team-player. Potential for partnership in our firm will absolutely be considered with proven success and trust.

IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE 3+ YEARS YEARS PLAINTIFF'S PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE. WE WILL ALSO CONSIDER BODILY INJURY DEFENSE ASSOCIATES WHO WANT TO SWITCH TO THE PLAINTIFF'S SIDE. Looking for candidates with experience litigating auto, trucking and premises liability cases in FL. We are not looking to train so we need someone who can come in, roll up their sleeves, take depositions, conduct written discovery properly, settle cases and attend mediations. Would ideally want someone with trial experience as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial.
• You will work on both PRE-litigation AND on Litigation aspects of the cases
• Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and prepare legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and handle all aspects of case management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Stay current with legal developments and changes in personal injury law.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Strong background in personal injury law.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• AT LEAST three (3) years experience with Plaintiff's P.I. Litigation in FL (Plaintiff or Defense).
