We provide Construction Drawings for residential projects including: new construction, additions/alterations. The projects include site visits, laying out existing structures and site plans, architectural pages, MEP pages, structural pages and landscaping. We can work with your strengths, and train based on skill level. Although training is always an option, it would be preferable for the applicants to have education in a related background (architecture or engineering, design, contracting, drafting). Applicants must be proficient with AutoCAD. One year experience in a related field is required. Depending on the experience of the applicant, it would be possible to work remotely (from home) at some times, after initial training. Depending on applicants experience, the position would entail +/- 35 hours per week (full time). The applicant would be considered an independent contractor. Vacation available after one year working full time.
