As we expand our operations in the South West Florida market out of Naples, were seeking a Senior Wine Cellar Installation Technician & Project Manager to join our team a skilled craftsperson and leader who can deliver outstanding installations while managing on-site execution from start to finish.

Position Overview

The Senior Installation Technician & Project Manager will be responsible for the installation of fine millwork, custom steel and glass enclosures, and complete wine cellar construction in high-end residential and commercial environments.

This position requires a seasoned installer with strong project management skills capable of reading detailed CAD drawings, coordinating with general contractors and designers, and ensuring that every Rosehill project meets our exceptional quality standards.

Youll act as the on-site lead for our South West Florida area projects, out of our Naples showroom and warehouse, managing the installation process and representing Rosehill with professionalism and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of custom millwork, metal, and glass components for high-end wine cellars.
• Perform site visits to assess conditions, take measurements, and coordinate logistics before and during installation.
• Coordinate directly with general contractors, designers, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met.
• Work closely with the design and production teams at Rosehills head office to clarify drawings, resolve technical challenges, and ensure precise execution.
• Manage all aspects of site preparation including dust and debris control, safety, and material handling.
• Oversee general construction activities related to wine cellar renovations, including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and electrical coordination.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, site safety regulations, and Rosehills workmanship standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior installation team members as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in millwork installation, fine carpentry, or luxury interior construction (experience in custom cabinetry, steel, or glass work preferred).
• Proven ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and architectural plans.
  
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project coordination.
• Comfortable performing general construction tasks framing, drywall, finishing, and basic electrical coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to interface confidently with clients and contractors.
• Self-directed with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have a clean and valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for travel to project sites.
• Must poses their own general carpentry/construction tools.
• Experience with wine cellar construction or climate-controlled spaces is an asset but not required.
