A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a K-12 school setting in Cape Coral, FL. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) planning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida
- Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
