Location: Miramar, FL 33023
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Experience: 2+ years operating similar CNC milling equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup, operation, and daily maintenance of a Haas VM-3 CNC mill
• Manufacturing small-batch and prototype parts with high accuracy
• Loading programs, adjusting offsets, performing test runs
• Monitoring machining processes and ensuring consistent part quality
• Maintaining tooling, workholding, and shop cleanliness
• Collaborating with engineering to refine processes and optimize cycle times

Required Skills:

• Confident operation of Haas CNC mills (experience with VM-series is a plus)
• Strong proficiency in SolidCAM for toolpath creation
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks for reading and interpreting 3D models and drawings
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measurement tools
• Understanding of feeds, speeds, machining strategies, and material behavior
• Ability to work independently and produce stable results with minimal supervision
