POSITION SUMMARY:

Ensure the highest level of resident and guest satisfaction by offering prompt, professional, courteous, and dedicated services. Actively contribute to the department in order to complete tasks, meet goals, or manage projects. Overall, this position is responsible for and dedicated to providing recognition, satisfaction, and value to the residents and their guests, while continuously improving efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and service standards.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting all Residents and Guests warmly
• Assist residents/guests with guest amenities as needed, (i.e. refreshments, towels, washcloths, and robes)
• Familiarize residents as needed with spa operations, (i.e. spa, locker rooms, wet areas, cardio & strength rooms)
• Maintain thorough cleaning throughout the day as assigned (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping, disinfecting, dusting, cleaning of mirrors, waste removal, folding of spa linen, restocking all guest amenities)
• Manage current in-house linen inventory and communicate low levels to spa team and laundry facility
• Maintain all treatment rooms & tables in proper order
• Able to assist massage therapists & estheticians with setup and guests/residents
• Taking feedback from residents
• Follow all points of SOP for both opening and closing of the spa facility
• Always supporting safe work habits and a safe working environment

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to lift up, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
