Position:
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Tampa, FL
- Pay: $40/hour starting
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong note-taking and time management skills to keep documentation accurate and efficient.
- Ability to manage patient bay flow and ensure smooth transitions.
- Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required).
Job Summary:
As a PTA, you will work directly with a supervising physical therapist to deliver treatment plans, provide hands-on care, assist patients with rehabilitation exercises, and oversee patient flow. You’ll help patients recover strength, mobility, and independence while playing a key role in our clinic’s success.
Duties:
- Implement physical therapy care plans under PT supervision.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
- Monitor progress and communicate with the supervising PT.
- Support a positive patient experience with professional, compassionate care.
Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required).
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Experience in orthopedics, acute, or chronic care settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
