A prominent and fast-paced personal injury and medical malpractice law firm in Boca Raton is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support leadership, and help ensure the smooth running of a dynamic legal team.

This is a key position offering hands-on involvement in firm administration, HR coordination, vendor management, and general operational support. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving, professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor relationships

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and general office logistics

  • Assist with HR-related tasks including onboarding, PTO tracking, and policy adherence

  • Provide administrative support to firm partners as needed

  • Liaise with IT, marketing, and finance for internal coordination

  • Manage internal communications with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience (legal industry preferred)

  • Highly professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Dropbox, etc.)

  • Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially

  • Comfortable navigating a dynamic and fast-paced workplace
