A prominent and fast-paced personal injury and medical malpractice law firm in Boca Raton is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support leadership, and help ensure the smooth running of a dynamic legal team.
This is a key position offering hands-on involvement in firm administration, HR coordination, vendor management, and general operational support. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving, professional environment.
Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor relationships

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and general office logistics

Assist with HR-related tasks including onboarding, PTO tracking, and policy adherence

Provide administrative support to firm partners as needed

Liaise with IT, marketing, and finance for internal coordination

Manage internal communications with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:

3+ years of office management or administrative experience (legal industry preferred)

Highly professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication

Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Dropbox, etc.)
