The Support Engineer will support the IT Service Desk Team Lead in the organization and handling of all IT tickets. They will be responsible for assigning, working on, and closing tickets in all IT JIRA ticketing projects.
Job Description:
- Ensure all ticket Service Level Agreements are met
- Work with users in Corporate Office and our field locations to resolve IT related issues as called into Ticketing System.
- Assist as needed with installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware, networking equipment, software applications, property equipment and network support at on-site locations.
- Additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or related technology discipline; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT field required; joint experience with Technical Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, equipment and software support, and IT / help desk.
- High level of proficiency with Office 365
- Phone system management experience required.
- Infrastructure and software support including software installations, gate systems, and security systems.
- Ability to work with vendors.
- Experience with project management software applications. Experience with Jira a plus.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and excellent judgment in successfully navigating sensitive issues
- Willing to work on call rotation on Saturdays
