Job DescriptionSmithco Services is looking to fill a HVAC Lead Installer position.You must have at least 4 years experience working for a company installing air conditioning systems. Responsibilities:
- Install Residential/Commercial HVAC, Ice Machines and Refrigeration systems
- No On-Call duties required with Install position
- Be quality minded with a desire to do the job right
- Some weekend/night jobs available occasionally for extra pay
- Adhere to all safety policies and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous field experience working as an HVAC Installer for at least 4 years with the ability to install air handlers and condensers. Commercial experience is big plus.
- Refrigeration or Ice Machine knowledge is a big plus and increases your compensation
- Ductwork experience preferably
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong ability to solve problems
- Must have industry tools of an Installer
- Must have a clean driving record and background
