Job Description

Position Summary:

As a Licensed Esthetician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, clinical-grade aesthetic services, including laser treatments, facials, and other skincare procedures. This position requires someone with a Laser Certification, strong client communication skills, and the ability to assist with front desk operations and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser services (hair removal)
Safely and effectively operate medical-grade laser equipment.
Consult with clients to assess skin concerns, recommend treatment options, and provide customized treatment plans.
Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and recommend appropriate skincare products.
Assist with front desk duties including appointment scheduling, answering calls, checking clients in/out, and processing payments.
Promote and sell retail skincare products and treatment packages.
Maintain a clean and sterile treatment environment, ensuring safety and compliance with all medical spa protocols.

Qualifications:

Active Esthetician License in FL
Laser Certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetics or medical spa settings (preferred).
Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatment techniques.
Comfortable with sales and promoting services and products.
Excellent communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
