Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent specializing in MEP, Finishes, and Close-Out for multifamily residential projects. The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations, manage subcontractors, ensure adherence to schedules, and maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for MEP, interior finishes, and close-out phases of multifamily residential projects.

Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely project delivery.

Manage project schedules, conduct inspections, and resolve field conflicts efficiently.

Ensure high-quality workmanship in MEP systems, interior finishes, punch-list items, and project close-out.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors to maintain alignment.

Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, progress updates, and punch lists.

Drive adherence to safety programs and enforce OSHA regulations at the job site.

Lead final inspections, turnover processes, and warranty follow-ups.
Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily residential construction.

Strong background in MEP systems, interior finishes, and close-out processes.

Proven track record of managing large-scale residential projects from start to finish.

Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Preferred:

OSHA certification.

Experience with sustainable building practices and modern construction technologies.
