Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our growing team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer service.
As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, diagnosing issues, and ensuring all work meets Florida plumbing codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and sewer lines

Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

Ensure compliance with local and state plumbing codes in Florida

Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
Requirements

Proven experience as a Plumber or Plumbing Technician

Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems

Familiarity with Florida plumbing codes and safety regulations

Ability to troubleshoot and solve plumbing problems efficiently

Strong mechanical and technical skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications

Plumbing license or certification (Florida preferred)

Experience with service plumbing, new construction, or remodels

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
