 Job Description K &amp; M Waterproofing and Caulking is a waterproofing company specializing in membrane/fluid applied roofing. We are seeking dedicated workers who maintain a strong work ethic. A minimum of two years roofing experience is preferred. Skills Required: 
<ul>
<li>Good work ethic</li>
<li>Punctuality</li>
<li>Common sense</li>
<li>Positive attitude</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. and over</li>
<li>Ability to work from extension ladders, step ladders, and scaffolding</li>
<li>Ability to use hand tools</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a clean work environment</li>
</ul>
Skills Desired: 
<ul>
<li>Good caulking skills and at least 2 years experience</li>
<li>Skilled trade experience (fluid applied roofing)</li>
</ul>
Position Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Valid driver's license</li>
<li>Ability to get to and from job site</li>
</ul>
 Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: 
<ul>
<li>8 hour shift</li>
<li>Monday to Friday</li>
